Think of it this way, you car is running on automatic cruise control. That is fast. At this speed it is hard to see the country side. As we change down to gears that slow the car, we slow the engine, and we can see the trees, and people and houses and life around us.
Todays practice is simple, words are slowly presented, the mind tends to nucleate around the words, but today its more about feeling any reaction, which could be no reaction. And continue with that practice. Feel. Pause, feel. Wait.
As you do this practice, you are developing patience. Patience is above all  a process of developing wisdom, compassion and understanding the wave of life.
