One of the best things I worked out was that I wanted to learn how to stop wishing for what I didnt have, and learn to appreciate what I did have.
And it worked.
It helped relieve stress, it helped me see I am blessed, it helped me appreciate that we all have more than we need, and most of all, I know it helped me to be a better mother.... and well to be honest, I am pretty sure it helped me become a better person!
