I bet you are asking questions about it right now...its not? 

But isnt that the purpose of meditation? 


Meditation is a cool chill space where, if you know vata and pitta, they tend to think a lot, no matter if they are a prakriti or a vikriti


Meditation is where they should go for holidays 


Meditation would be a great place for them to dine


Meditation would be a great place to visit every day…

.cause it puts pitta in the refrigderator 


and it place vata in the a warm soothing space


And kapha is already here 


No anxiety here

No fear here

No frustration here


Pitta is 


Vata is


Kapha is 


Pitta is releasing the focus and watching the watched


Vata is feeling the breath, tracing the breath, from the very beginning of the inhale

To the very end of the exhale

Vata is here


Pitta is releasing focus


Kapha is silent in breath and body


Space 


Space is the beginning


Space is the beginning of all thought


And space is the end 


Space is the end of all thought
