So its time to rest. The first of the five basic elements of life, is Space. The first frontier, and without space to create, transform and develop nothing can grow. This podcast will be back in a few short weeks and we all have some time to listen again to the past podcasts and to build on what we have discovered for our selves.

I have a bit of news i wanted to share with everyone - and since your here with me, I am going to pretend I am having a coconut milk mocha from the cute coffee van in at the colga soccer grounds in kilcornan….they do the best coffee, three nice young lads, that know their stuff about coffee, and it's the best coco mocha with a bit of chocolate on the top that i have ever had.

And best of all its not too kapha irritating, but could increase all the doshas if you have one far too regularly and would probably cause congestion or digestive issues if you do.

Anyway!

So most of you know that I love alll things yoga, and really love all things Ayurveda, but most of all love when I can marry them together in a yoga practice….so that we can get the benefit of both….so in may I decided to help other people who love both do just that…...okay, drum roll …..I have decided to run a Yoga teacher training. This is a yoga ayurveda living foundations yoga teacher training.  It is accredited by the Yoga alliance professionals europe and uk, and it begins in January 2022 for 11 months and 11 modules.

So what is a foundations Yoga TT? - it is where you start point for teaching yoga...and this training is 200 hours, so it’s gives you a good format to begin ...it is like a spring board for anyone waning more from their own yoga practice but also is great to have a teacher in training because it gives you so much more than a training ….it is also a way of creating a hub of self focus and it certainly is one way to move into self development.

ome courses are also accredited and some are not - what does accreditation do? It give you a wider scope of possibilities if someone comes looking for accreditation ...for me and accreditation? I chose my courses and trainings to be accredited because it is a pitta kapha  thing to do. We like things in a certain shape and formalised. Accreditation means that there are certain guidelines and standards that must be taken care ...to make sure each student receives the course they want. It protects the consumer and gives assurance from an umbrella...to become approved you have to be a school of yoga and follow the protocol set up.

This training is a bit unique...apart from the obvious...i am teaching it...but that me teaching it ensures that it will be instilled with Ayurveda throughout the whole training. Why? Because it's what I do. I can't teach yoga without somewhere along the way saying something about the doshas…and in my weekly classes I almost have to try to not talk about the dosha balances because it feels like I do that so often!

But the teacher training I believe is a great way to give Ayurveda to all the students that come and a great way for the students to share their knowledge on their own….but in a sneaky way, i am hoping that they too will want to become absorbed in Ayurveda!

Anyway...that is my first bit of newness..

The second bit is

I am taking a few weeks off to focus on other things, so series 5 will be paused
