Perception…. as i was saying in the episode of this week, for each individual is very different. What i forgot to say is that even if you grow up in the same family, sat at the same dinner table and at the same food….what and how you ate and where you ate will all be different if you asked someone that was there.


It nice to embrace our own inner vision. 

So lets go with that today. Sit or lay down, go a head and get ready, prepare for a sit or a laying down posture, and maybe get a pillow under your knees...in my perception this is a very cool luxury….but also great for our lower back, and if its good for our lower back, it will reduce vata and probably pitta too.


Counting from 5 down….begin to begin again in the undoing.


 observe the breath….

 lift one leg and let it drop etc…

 lift one arm etc…

 anything that is stuck in place breathe in ,,,, and as you breathe out sigh it our verbally 

 tell your self, I am here because I am 


As we begin to visualise specific things...just go with it and see them, know them, even if you have never known them, they are present in our field of knowing so it is known… 

connect to the larger Vision of life’s perception - unity of mind and sheer goodness…

Ocean. Hot. Raft. Shore. Beach towel. Rain. Cool. Umbrella. Forest. Walk. Puddles. Mud. Ice. Shiver. Numb. Coat. Hot. Hot. Hot. Desert. Sand. Sand. Face. Dry. Stop. Smell. Taste. Touch. See. Here. Life stopping. Timeless. You. Breathing. On a raft. On the ocean. Breath. Breathe. Stillness. As you flow. On the ocean. In unity, with life’s power.
