For whatever reason, where ever you are, however you are, you find yourself here. Perhaps busy and overthinking, wanting something to draw you into a singular focus...perhaps you are stressed and then you come to find some de stress - and maybe it is night time and sleep is playing hide and go seek 

Sometimes fighting with our wakeful mind of conversation is like trying to control the movement of water and fire...the more we try to contain it, the more it wil find another avenue of expression...if the mind cannot sleep, go ahead and celebrate it,talk to the mind, let it express itself in a soft walk. As you have this wakeful sleepy discussion, visualise you are walking in a park or small woods, safe from inner and out harm. ...and here,if you want, you can walk, but slowly, with method and awareness of the feet pressing into the life of the earth, as she presses into you...as you walk breathe, and continue to walk with the birds from Galway.
