A Trid Dosha balancing relaxation, but has the remedy for pitta too! Helps make the time to of relaxation feel functional and have a goal. Yet one of the most favourite of all relaxations I run, always asked for by secondary school students and adults alike. Even small children love this for the repetitive phrase to it.
